Donation & Volunteer Management Platform

A collaborative full-stack web platform built with TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire) and MySQL to streamline donation campaigns, volunteer registrations, multi-role access control, and financial reporting.

Overview

A full-stack collaborative platform supporting member, organization, admin, and super-admin roles for volunteer activities, donation campaigns, transparent fund withdrawals, and payment processing.

Problem & goals

Community initiatives and non-profit organizations frequently face challenges in coordinating volunteers, collecting donations reliably, and maintaining transparent financial tracking across multiple campaigns.

My contribution

Implemented the majority of full-stack functionality across a four-person team. Built role-based access control (RBAC), volunteer registration workflows, donation transactions with Midtrans sandbox integration, fund withdrawal mechanisms, and automated PDF and Excel reporting.

Process & technical decisions

Built with Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS to achieve reactive, SPA-like user interfaces without full SPA complexity. Structured relational schemas in MySQL to handle complex transactions, campaigns, and withdrawal requests.

Results & lessons learned

Awarded Gold Medalist at National Innovation Week, LPPM Universitas Mercu Buana 2025 (Top 25 out of 100 teams). Successfully deployed and demonstrated for academic presentations and competitions.
